 We read the book 'Little Tohum', which is about nature and the cycle of nature. After talking about the book, we drew a picture of what we thought about the journey of the tiny seed.

 We prepared a brochure for our parents for our purpose of education in nature, the healing power of nature for children and activities that can be done in nature. Our parents read our brochure with their children and got an idea.

Making compost from my students' language

 My students learned how to make organic fertilizer (compost) by combining vegetable and fruit residues in the kitchen with soil. My parents also participated in composting. It was an enjoyable activity they did as a family.
